Coast Appliances is looking for a data driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This position is responsible for leading and managing performance marketing channels, SEO and conversion rate optimization initiatives. You will work collaboratively with the internal marketing team, agency partners and external consultants to scale and optimize campaigns, continue to improve the customer experience and drive ongoing revenue growth both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and management of performance marketing channels including search, shopping, display and paid social
  • Use campaign performance data and insights to develop and evolve digital strategies
  • Establish benchmarks for success, track key performance indicators, and use data to make informed decisions that lead to ROAS improvement and ongoing revenue growth
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis including insights on campaign performance and develop digital dashboards for leadership team and other stakeholder
  • Lead website conversion rate optimization, using current best practices, web analytics and other data sources to identify, test and implement optimization opportunities
  • Work with agency partners to implement SEO initiatives and continue to grow organic traffic
  • Stay current on digital marketing and ecommerce trends, new advertising channels, and opportunities for growth, optimization and improvement

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital marketing programs at agencies or in-house (e-commerce specific experience required
  • Expert knowledge of digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Bing Ads
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and alignment of paid and organic strategies
  • Skilled working within and extracting data and insights from analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager and SEMRush
  • Advanced level of experience building reports using MS Excel and Google Data Studio
  • Experience presenting performance results and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using CRO tools including Hotjar, Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UX, digital analytics and web development strong assets
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship building, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
