Return Policy
At Coast, we strive to provide you with the appliances that will meet your needs; however, if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your appliance within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions*:
- Coast is not obligated to accept returns. No goods are to be returned without prior permission.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Special Order items
- Used appliances
- Floor model, Open Box, or other âAs Isâ purchases
- Previously installed product
- Appliances may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt under these conditions:
- New, unopened product(s) may be returned within 7 days, without restocking fees, unless specified in point 2) above.
- Opened products authorized for return are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee at the discretion of Coast.
- Delivery & installation costs are nonrefundable when the service has been attempted or completed.
- Additional delivery fees may apply for any returns & exchanges, including warranty exchanges.
- Orders canceled prior to delivery may be subject to restocking fees as outlined in âSpecial Order Productâ above.
*These terms do not apply to returns that are related to service or repair issues. Any request for a return due to service or repair will follow the manufacturerâs warranty terms and conditions.
