We wanted to give you an update regarding our operations during COVID-19.
All of our stores are now open and we’ve implemented the following measures to help keep associates and customers safe:
- Limiting the number of customers in our stores at any given time
- Implemented Contactless Curbside Pickup and Delivery
- Maintaining a distance of 2 meters (6 feet) between associates and customers
- Providing access to additional hand sanitization and hand washing stations
- Implemented additional daily cleaning protocols both in showroom and with delivery teams
In light of the recently updated health guidelines and restrictions issued by the Ontario Provincial Government, our Burlington and Vaughan showrooms are closed to in-person visits until further notice.
Our sales associates are still available to provide assistance via phone, web chat, and email. In addition, you can shop online 24/7 from the comfort of your home.

Coast teams are proactively taking steps to keep you safe during pickups and deliveries, including:
Strict isolation policy for any delivery personnel feeling sick or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
Gloves policy in effect prior to and during each delivery/pick up from our workers.
Contact-free and physical distancing procedures in place to support customer needs and safety.
Installation & Assembly
At this time, we are unable to complete installation and assembly during your delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact your local store with any questions about installation.
