How It Works
Step 1
A seasoned sales associate will support customers with placing an order at their local store.
Step 2
The sales associate will arrange for the customer to pick up their appliance at the Caledon warehouse unless the item is being delivered.
Step 3
Should an order be placed online or over the phone, the customer may be directed to head straight to the warehouse for pickup.
We’re happy to offer pickup at our Caledon warehouse to customers located in the surrounding area. Please remember to bring a copy of your invoice and picture ID for pickup.
Our sales associates will arrange a pickup time for you at our Caledon warehouse when you place an order at your local store. Alternatively, you’ll be directed to set up a pickup time through our website if you shop online.
Our Caledon warehouse is unable to dispose of old appliances at this time, but our experienced sales associates will be able to arrange disposal for you if needed.
The Caledon warehouse is open from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday.
