A warming drawer is ideal for keeping food warm between cooking and serving if you’re waiting for guests to sit down or finishing a dish. But it can do other things too, like warm plates, help bread dough rise or even warm up a towel.

Warming drawers can usually be set to temperatures between 80 degrees or so (for proofing bread dough) to 200 degrees.
