How It Works
Step 1
Our trusted sales associates will walk our customers through placing an order at their nearest store.
Step 2
Our sales associate will then schedule a delivery or a pickup time at the Nanaimo warehouse for the customer.
Step 3
For any orders done online or with a sales associate over the phone, arrangements may be made for the customer to pick up their appliance from the warehouse directly.

Our sales associates in our showroom will take care of the details and arrange a time for pickup at our Nanaimo warehouse for you. If you’re shopping online, you’ll be prompted to set up a pickup time through our website.
While our Nanaimo warehouse isn’t able to dispose of your old appliances, our sales associates would be more than happy to chat about other options.
