At Coast, we strive to provide you with the appliances that will meet your needs; however, if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your appliance within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions*:

  1. Coast is not obligated to accept returns or cancellations. No goods are to be cancelled or returned without prior approval.
  2. The following items cannot be returned: 
    • Special Order items
    • Used appliances
    • Floor model, Open Box, or other “As Is” purchases
    • Previously installed product
  1. Major appliances may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt under these conditions: 
    • New, unopened product(s) may be returned within 7 days, without restocking fees, unless specified in point 2) above.
    • Opened products authorized for return are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee at the discretion of Coast.
  1. Delivery & installation costs are nonrefundable when the service has been attempted or completed.
    • Additional delivery fees may apply for any returns & exchanges, including warranty exchanges.
  1. Orders cancelled prior to delivery may be subject to restocking fees as outlined in “Special Order Product” above.
  2. Small appliances may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in original condition, include all packaging and accessories, and the return is approved by the Store Manager.

*These terms do not apply to returns that are related to service or repair issues. Any request for a return due to service or repair will follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
